In a twist of events no one could’ve predict, one of the photographers whose images Kylie and Kendall Jenner used in their ill-fated “rap vs. rock” t-shirt collection is suing the sisters.
Remember not too long ago, the Jenner sisters released a series of t-shirts for their clothing line Kendall + Kylie Clothings.
The shirts shows their selfies and emblems (like, uh, “KK”) on top of iconic rap and rock idol photos which later resulted Notorious B.I.G’s Mother drew fire for them using her son’s image ad also putting one f their own over it.
This time around, both image used in Kendall + Kylie Tupac shirt Collection was captured by Photographer Michael Miller.
In papers obtained by TMZ, Michael Miller is suing the sisters for any profits made from the shirt sales.
Michael also claims that he purposely didn’t want to work with the Jenner’s because of latest PR mishaps similar to that ill-conceived Pepsi ad.
It seems very likely that the Jenner design players are truly regretting ever coming up with this strange and now suable project. Or it could be just a deliberate public stunt to create awareness and increase the shirt sale.
